2. Limitation of Liability

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our products; (ii) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; or (iii) statements or conduct of any third party on the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the purchase of a product shall be strictly limited to the amount you paid for that specific product. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if TweedCove has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, the above limitation may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, TweedCove's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of TweedCove or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

The TweedCove name, logo, and all related product names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of TweedCove. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify these trademarks in any way without prior written consent from TweedCove.

You are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive license to access and make personal use of this site. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your TweedCove purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward refund policy for all products, including blow dryers, cleansing brushes, and curling irons.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt). Items that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing parts will not qualify for a full refund.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, cleansing brushes that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless the product arrived defective or damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original method of payment.

Damaged or defective items: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
